The GW3102 is a rugged indoor enclosure designed specifically for the Gateworks GW8200 VeniceFLEX SBC. The enclosure is made of electro-galvanized sheet steel (SECC) with a sleek black texture coating. Cutouts provide access to front-panel ports such as the ethernet, power, USB and LED indicators. The enclosure has been designed for optimum thermal performance and allows compliance with CE certification standards for EMI, ESD, Burst and Surge protection. The top of the enclosure has been designed to act as a high-performance finned AL6063 aluminum black anodized heatsink for optimal passive cooling of the GW8200 SBC. The enclosure includes an aluminum heat slug with adhesive tape for conducting heat from the SBC’s processor to the top plate’s heatsink surface. The back of the enclosure includes holes to accept an optional GW10092 DIN clip to support DIN rail mounting. Antenna holes are also provided for mounting SMA/RPSMA RF connectors.

Simplified five-step assembly: (1) remove four end plate screws, (2) slide off top plate, (3) mount VeniceFLEX board to bottom plate with standoffs and thermal pad, (4) slide on top plate, (5) reinstall four end plate screws.

Note: Single Board Computer, as shown mounted inside the enclosure in the pictures, is not included.
